Each year we take a group of children (max.16) on a residential visit to Dodford Holiday Farm, for a total of 5 days. Nursery staff will accompany the children along with staff who are employed and work on the Farm. We now include a parents visit, the nursery arrange for parents to come out to the farm to collect their children at the end of their stay and to share the experience. During their stay all meals will be provided and transport is included in the cost. Dodford is designed to be a home away from home with a living room, dinning room and small shared bedrooms, as well as the expansive yet secure outdoor environment.

Hayden's Visit to Dodford Farm 2017

The farm is run by a charity and is situated in Dodford, a small village near Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. During our stay much of the time is spent outdoors, caring for the animals, going on picnics and exploring the local area. This includes country walks along the many public footpaths and fishing in the nearby stream. Children will also have the opportunity to have a donkey ride and send a postcard back home.
